Join Kay for this Finding Your Confidence workshop, where you’ll take your first steps towards a more confident you.
This workshop will cover various aspects on how to build your confidence, such as Mindset, Automatic Negative Thoughts, our Emotional Regulation Systems and numerous practices to take home with you; supporting you on your journey to a more confident you.

This is an informal, relaxed workshop, for you to enjoy your evening whilst learning helpful tools and techniques to support you to become a more confidence you.

— Just yourself! You don't need to worry about bringing anything else. Tea and coffee are provided and I'll provide you with a worksheet to take notes on.

— No, I'll have a list of names for the event.
*I'm struggling financially. Are there concession tickets available?
— Yes. I completely understand that everyone’s financial situation is different. If you are on low-income or receiving financial support and the ticket price is too much, then please get in touch and we can see what is more affordable. Each person is unique, and making classes as accessible as possible is what I hope to do.
